The Better Principle on your Windows

We applied our Triangle of Trade-offs to formulate a glass cleaner that actually leaves your windows invisible, rather than coating them in toxic chemical residues. Conventional glass sprays rely heavily on synthetic ammonia (which irritates the lungs) and artificial blue dyes (which literally serve no cleaning purpose whatsoever). We prefer to leave those gimmicks on the laboratory shelf.

Instead, we harness the traditional, hard-working power of Ethanol and Acetic Acid (the active component in vinegar) to quickly cut through grease and evaporate rapidly, ensuring a streak-free finish. We then added pure Sweet Orange (Citrus sinensis) peel oil for a naturally uplifting scent. The result is crystal-clear glass achieved with simple, earth-safe ingredients.

      The Facts (Why It Works)

      • The Displacement Factor: Our bottles are made entirely from already-recycled PCR plastic. When you're done, the bottle, cap, and label are all fully recyclable.
      • Streak-Free & Fast: Ethanol and acetic acid work together to cut dirt and evaporate quickly. No rinsing required.
      • A Natural Uplift: Scented purely with natural sweet orange peel oil—no synthetic perfumes that trigger headaches.
      • Skin & Lung Friendly: Free from harsh ammonia, sulphated surfactants, parabens, and synthetic colourants. Much gentler on your hands and respiratory system.
      • Gentle but Tough: Free from harsh ethoxylated ingredients, parabens, and synthetic colourants, making it easy on sensitive skin without sacrificing cleaning power.
      • Earth & Animal Approved: 100% biodegradable, greywater safe, and septic tank friendly. Proudly endorsed by Beauty Without Cruelty and The Vegan Society.
      • Local Impact: Manufactured right here in South Africa, keeping our carbon footprint as low as possible.

      How to use

Always shake well before use. Spray evenly across the surface from top to bottom. Wipe dry with a clean microfiber cloth or a squeegee. There is absolutely no need to rinse. Note: Because this is a completely natural product, slight inconsistencies in color or natural settling might occur - just give it a quick swirl.

      The Complex Bit

Here is the full, unfiltered list of exactly what goes into our bottles.

Water (aqua), ethanol, C9-11 alcohol ethoxylate, acetic acid, benzyl alcohol, dehydroacetic acid, citrus sinensis (orange) peel oil, sodium gluconate.

      Frequently Asked Questions

Will it actually leave my windows streak-free? Our formula absolutely will, but your cloth might betray you! Our mix of ethanol and acetic acid is designed to evaporate quickly without leaving residue. However, if you use a dirty rag, or a cloth washed with heavy fabric softeners, that will leave streaks on your glass. For the best invisible finish, pair our spray with a clean, dedicated microfiber cloth or a squeegee.

Why isn't the liquid bright blue? Because windows don't need coloured dye to get clean. Commercial brands add synthetic colourants purely for marketing psychology - so you subconsciously associate blue with "clean glass." We prefer not to spray artificial dyes around our homes, so our liquid remains its natural, uncoloured self.

What if my window frames or sills are coated in heavy, baked-on grime? This spray is formulated specifically for fast evaporation on smooth glass. If your aluminium frames or window sills are covered in stubborn, baked-on dirt or bird droppings, we highly recommend grabbing a bottle of our Multi-Surface Cleaning Cream first to safely scrub away the heavy grime, and then using this spray to polish the glass.

Why do I need to shake the bottle? Because we refuse to use heavy synthetic binders. The natural orange oil and the water base can sometimes separate slightly while sitting on the shelf. A quick shake wakes the ingredients right back up.

Why does your packaging sometimes look slightly different? Because we use already-recycled PCR plastic. The colour and texture of recycled materials can vary slightly from batch to batch. We view this inconsistency as a badge of honour—it is physical proof that we are actively displacing virgin plastics rather than prioritising a "perfect" cosmetic look.
