Shipping & Delivery

Did you know that shipping of online orders accounts for nearly 3% of global carbon emissions? That's why we have partnered with some of the leading high-impact companies like Running Tide and Remova who focus on Carbon removal, rather than just offsetting carbon with forest protection. So you can rest assured your deliveries are all carbon neutral too.

 

Order processing:

Orders are processed between 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. For example, if an order is placed after 9am, we will aim to process and dispatch your order the following day.

 

Delivery options:

The following delivery options are available. The timings given are for Major Centers (see below for what constitutes a major center).

Orders not yet dispatched from the Better Earth warehouse may be cancelled by phoning the Better Earth customer care line or through email to orders@betterearth.co.za. Cancelled orders will be refunded without additional cost. Cancellations done after the order has been dispatched will be subject to the Better Earth Returns Policy.

Delivery Location Exclusions:

Please note that due to the significantly higher associated fees and logistical complexities, we are currently unable to provide delivery services to the following types of locations:

• Farms
• Major Chain Stores
• Hospitals
• Power Stations

For deliveries intended for these locations, please arrange for an alternative delivery address, such as a residential or business address outside of these exclusion zones. Alternatively, please feel free to contact us directly for a custom quote to arrange delivery to these specific addresses. 

Can I specify a delivery time?

No, the couriers we use do not currently offer delivery slots.  Please make sure that the address you supply, will have someone there to accept your parcel.

 

Do you deliver outside of South Africa?

Yes, but only by special request. If you are outside of South Africa and want us to deliver to you then please get in contact at hello@hestiahome.co.za and we will gladly send you a quotation for the cost of delivery.  Unfortunately because of the varied nature of International delivery costs our advertised rates or free delivery thresholds are only Valid for deliveries within South Africa.
